   I do plugin the if you write /uc heal it's healed you so all is working but when you write /uc heal
   it's give you heal and send you message in white the message is /uc
   How to fix it and delete the command that I write?

   Return true in the onCommand method rather than returning false.
   Returning false will return the plugins command usage.
