   I have a file banned-players.txt.
   And I have multiple servers.
   What I do:
   I make a script that every hour set in every map the new banned-players.txt file.
   But that don't affect ingame. The server don't load the changes.
   Only restart the server after a shutdown helps. But that we don't want.
   How to reload every xx period the banner-player.txt file?
