How servers do per world chatting?

    Like all per world chat plugins I have tried are outdated or abandoned and generate errors and simply don't work. The reason I'm putting this in Bukkit Help and not Plugin requests is that there HAS to be a way to do it already. Every SINGLE SERVER I have played has some kind of per world chat system. Can it be done with Essentials? Multiverse? Please help. My guess is that there can be a chat plugin that has this feature built in already, along with many other features like word censoring, but I just can't find it.

    @minecraftplayer222 Those servers are probably running Bungeecord so, it's multiple servers, not worlds.

    Anyway, if you can't find a plugin for it, you can request one in the plugin requests forum.
