How do you make a plugin?

How can you make a bukkit plugin? I have been trying so hard but nothing.

 

What seems to be the trouble you're experiencing?

 

I have been looking on youtube and all of the videos are blurry and I can't see the words and they don't explain it that well.

 

I'd suggest trying this tutorial: http://wiki.bukkit.org/Plugin_Tutorial.

Do you have the Java SDK installed?

Sharpsniper01 Requires a lot of patience and a little knowledge of Java. Most of the stuff I make is too insignificant to release on the forums, but I'm slowly crawling my way up there.

Try TheNewBoston on YouTube for some basic Java tutorials. You won't be able to instantly jump in to Bukkit though. The plugin tutorial linked by Ice_Sword will show you some of the basics. After some mind-numbing failures, things start to make sense.

Also look for simple plugins that post the source. Another good way to get started.
