I have worldedit and worldguard and a few other plug-ins, but I am wondering on how to stop the rain falling in my spawn, because it is loud and annoying. Please help me, and btw flagging it as snow-fall deny didn't work.

define your region and type /expand vert or //expand vert

This will make your selection bedrock to sky limit try creating the region then adding the flag.

Sorry I meant snow-fall, but I still need to stop rain, think it will work?

That would make the area all into bedrock

Just put glass as the roof

No it doesn't... It expands your defined region (with WE) and expands it to Y:0 to y:255

Steetoh I think what breezeyboy said is the only way..

You can remove the rain entirely from the worldguard config file. I'm totally for it to begin with, all it does is cause lag and a bunch of noise :p

I don't want it removed I jsut don't want it to rain in a certain area, I have worldedit/worldguard.

Afaik it's not possible, as the rain is even client side defined per world

I understand that this is an old post, but a correct answer now may still help others.

A simple solution would be to select the spawn area using WorldEdit, then do /setbiome desert.
(Or any other biome that does not rain)
