How do you allow people to build with the plugin "YAPP"? PLEASE HELP!

    ok so i have tried everything to allow people to build ( i am using the permissions plugin YAPP ) but nothing works. :/ i need help on what i put in the text to allow them to build!

    oh also how do you allow them to pick up items?

    i have tried both. i dont understand those 2

    k i have permissionsex but i dont know how to use it :/
