   Basically, the title, but basically, some back-story, i was in a server that my friend made, and it was a skyblock server, it was doing fine until i was thinking of a mine to get iron, coal and stone but then i noticed that i also needed to protect the entire mine, but if i did that you wouldn't be able to break the ores, how do i make it unprotected?

   @kingdooms001 Make a region with only the minable blocks, then set it's priority higher than the outer region and set 'break-block' to 'true' in the new inner region.
