how can i disable a plugin ?

Is there anyway from ingame with a command i can disable plugins anyone ?

 

Not in game, not that I know of.

But you can just rename the plugin and then try to /reload

so I would change plugin.jar to plugin.jar.disabled then /reload (be carefull that reload command might cause other issues, the best thing is to restart the server)

 

Can someone from the bukkit dev please add back the disableplugin and enableplugin commands.

I really need to disable plugins ingame one by one without a full reload to check cpu etc and we used to do this great to find issues but the command was removed and its needed to be put back.

 

I've found PlugMan to do the trick rather nicely. It's been known to do some weird stuff if you're trying to use it to upgrade plugins on-the-fly without a full server reboot, but if you're simply looking to disable/enable plugins, it's great.
