How can I build a working station? I can't...

I have a big question... I'm using RB 1185 and I built a huge station in my server. I had a problem: When the train went very far the it never returned because of the unload of chunks, I fixed that with a plugin called MinecartPermanence... But I have another problem:

When I restart my servers it doesn't work, the trains are like stopped, when I come where they are they start working again. But I would like to automate this system! Make my station work even I restart the server, without anyone to make the train work...

What do you do in your stations?

Its different server side. You'll need a plugin that keeps the chunks loaded.

 

@Zaros do you know any? I tried to find one but I just found one very old and it didn't work...
