Plugin Request Horses tp with you if you're sitting on them

What I want: I would like a plugin that will make horses teleport with you if you are sitting on them.

Ideas for commands: No commands would be needed

Ideas for permissions: tphorse.use

 

@TheMrJezza But if you're sitting on it then it's always where you are...

 

I think he means if you do a command like /home or walk through a nether/end portal, I'll try it.

 

@nverdier But when you teleport they don't teleport with you.
