Plugin Request Homes plugin 1.8 or 1.8.1

    I need a developer to make a custom homes plugin for my server. It needs to have the following
    - Buy/sell/rent houses
    - When someone clicks a sign it spawns that tier house plugin in the area
    - Create blueprints
    - protects a house for you if you bought it
    If there is a plugin that does this please let me know
    Game version 1.8-1.8.1
