Filled Hide Rank

Minecraft version: 1.8.8 - 1.17 or 1.16

Suggested name: Hide Rank

What I want: I'd like if someone make me a plugin ''Hide Rank''
So it's simple im using luckperms for ranks and permissions, this plugin give ranked players the permission to hide their rank, like : a player have vip rank he can use /hiderank default to show u as a member on the tablist also when u type in chat you appear like a member,it's like hypixel for youtubers, idk if it's possible to make it working with luckperms, anyway that's all

Ideas for commands: /hiderank - to hide the rank

Ideas for permissions: hiderank.use . to use the rank hider

When I'd like it by: As soon as you can . and thank you

 

I might be wrong but I think you'd need a custom ranks plugin with that feature.

I don't know about luckperms. Check if they have that feature already, or they have some sort of API.

It's easy, most rank plugins like luckperm uses vault api (as far as I know), just implement it and set the player's prefix to default and I believe u know what to do next!

Commands: /hiderank, /hider, /hr
Permission: hiderank.use

It requires Vault for changing the player's prefix. You can configure the default rank, and all messages.

thanks for re uploading, the plugin is not showing any errors and i have the config.yml also, but when i do /hiderank in game it only send a message "rank hidden", but nothing change, i create a vip rank and tried to use /hiderank to go back to member but it didn't work, i hope u can fix it ^^

 

Hello i made it! put your default rank on the config.yml.

edit: you need vault plugin installed on your server.

 

Hello I tried the plugin and it works great in the chat but it does not hide the range of the tablist "use nametagedit" is that why?

u have to make for every rank a prefix on luckperms using /lp group (group name) meta setprefix (prefix "&a[VIP]")
and about the tab u have to use a tab plugin there is alot of plugins, for me i use this
