   I would like request a plugin that, if you don't have the right permission of a plugin when you run the command, or if the command doesn't exist at all, simply doesn't show any message in the chat. Is it possible?
   Or if you the right permission or you are op, the plugin doesn't block the plugin's messages in the chat. Thank you.

   @levisn1 Would require knowledge of all the messages. But you can do this with MessageFilter, not sure about the OP part though.
