Is there anyone out there that could update this plugin? http://www.curse.com/bukkit-plugins/minecraft/helpticket It would be greatly appreciated.
Used to play on the server that this was developed for. I tried to update it in the past, but, their stupid API was too much work to try and port to an updated version. I'd suggest using ReportRTS or something else that is updated, and supported.

timtower when I do /ticket, the command which is supposed to work, nothing comes up, not even "Unknown command"

Jaaakee224 He's abandoned those plugins, he no longer works for the server that they were made for. Anyways, they have a stupid API and it would be too much work to update, and the original dev probably wont. Just use a different plugin, It will be better anyways.
