Question Help with setting up explosions in a private region

Help with setting up explosions in the region, all plugins have all explosion permissions. In the global region, creepers and TNT work and blow up everything as usual, but not in private private. More precisely, creepers and TNT explode when they are triggered by either the owners of the region or administrators who have access to the region, in which case the creeper and TNT explode as usual, breaking blocks of bed chests in a private region.
