Help with prefixes (PermissionsEx)

    Hi, the prefixes that I put in my PEX plugin doesnt work in the chat. im sure I have set it correctly, because it has working about 2 months, but, suddently, it stops working. I thought it was because ChatManager was outdated, so, I download a new version, and that new version didnt load.
    I need help, I want to put prefixes that works in PermissionsEx.
    Sorry for the bad english.
