Help with PermissionsEx

Can someone please create a PermissionsEx file for me ? Server has MobDisguise, Essentials and VanishNoPacket. I need 3 groups, Guest - cant use anything, can ONLY MOVE, Player - Can use vanish, mobdisguise, and /sethome, /home, /tp command, Admin - Everything

bPermissions let you do tis easing with heir GUI, you might want to take that into Consideration.
So i highly recommend that you research you're plugins and look for the necessary documentation for the permissions for the plugin. We are here to help, but hot to serve everything on a silver platter.
