Plugin Help Help With Multiverse and End Portals

Hi there! I am currently working on a server and I am using multiverse in order to have multiple survival worlds. Both of these worlds have nethers and ends. I am having an issue with multiverse with the end in specific. (The nether works just fine.) Whenever a player teleports to the end using a gateway portal, rather than going to the spawn of the end world, they instead get teleported to a scaled coordinate value of wherever they entered from. The issue is that the y value doesn't ever get scaled (since it would be stupid to try and scale height in Minecraft). This means that end portals located at low Y values teleport the user into the island, or below it. Is there any way to fix this at all? I also know a good amount of code, and have attempted to read the multiverse code, to little avail.
