Help with Messaging Commands!

    Ok, so first of all nothing really is wrong with my bukkit server...well, that i can see.

    When i on the console or anyone else who uses /say or /broadcast or anything that uses the console it basically doubles it, so when i say /say hi:
    [server] hi
    [server] hi
    and /broadcast hi:
    [server] hi
    [server]hi
    When i fake quit with vanish
    Forever left the game
    Forever left the game

    PLEASE HELP!
