Help with essentials and permissions ex.

Hi guys i have a problem with essentials. Essentials is updated at 1.4.2. I can't set multiple home, some times when i try to kick players it doesn't work and i can't kick admins, moderators and opped players. I'm the founder and owner of the server where i'm having problems.The last problem is with pex. I've updated the plugin from 1.3.2 to 1.4.2 but i didn't changed the folder in /plugin folder. Pex doesn't load all permissions and for some groups it doesn't load anything. Can you help me?
