Plugin Help Help with a packets !

    Guys, my first topic here Forums new and I wanted a "help" from you regarding packets !

    Well to studying packets and to early still , but I have a way to learn different and wanted someone could show me CODES some things to do with the packets !

    Well I want a code that make a spiral effect with rocket confetti, wanted a code that makes type around the player appears minecraft items running floating around the player!

    Who can help me guys, I want for me to study , I do not have to explain anything I can study and analyze yourself but you also want hehe
