Whats this and what do I do to fix this please help!

 

Update the plugin to a version which is compatible with Bukkit 1.4.6, it is trying to call classes and methods which no longer exists in the newest version of Bukkit.

 

Looks like your plugin "CommandHelper" is causing this issue, you could try one of the development builds of it:

And for World edit I get this when I try to change the block

Explanation: The declaration of java.lang.ClassNotFoundException shows that WorldEdit/WorldGuard are calling on now nonexistent classes and methods which were deleted/moved in the recent update in Minecraft and Bukkit.
