Plugin Help Help w/ Votifier And Bungeecord

Alright before I start I want to say thanks for reading this post!

ok First I have Factions from ggservers Ip is FAKEIP:25782 <--(Real port)
Then I have My hub FAKEIP2 Which is from mcprohosting
And my gateway server from mcprohosting lets say its ip is FAKEIP3:34101<---(real port)

Ok for my factions votifier config
host: <---(factions Ip)
port: 8192
debug: false
listener_folder: plugins/Votifier/listeners

One is my host correct?

Votifier for hub:
host: <---(Bungeecord Server Ip)
port: 8193
debug: false
listener_folder: plugins/Votifier/listeners

And my vote send on hub is
factions:
IP: '(Factions Ip)'
Port: 8192
Key: (factions public key here Just saving some space )
Custom: 'factions'

Now for my pmc page (votifier tab) I put
IP:<--(Ip for bungeecord)
Port:34101 <---(server port for bungeecord)
Key:<--(Hub public key trying to save space)

I know I have a mistake in my configs please someone save me im losing players and I use voting-link to show voting link. When people vote it doesn't tell me they voted and they get no rewards still stays 0 votes this month ~THX in advance
