Solved Help to create scoreboard

Hi ! I'm developping a mini-game, a king of Building Game, but longer, I've finished all features, the only thing i can't do is the Scoreboard. I know how to create a simple Scoreboard but i can't use more than 16 characters :/ I've seen on Goggle that we can use more than 16 char qith the Teams Prefix/Suffix but i don't know how to do it and I've not found on Google/Youtube/etc...
So i would like you help me to do it !
I want a scoreboard wich have these things:

• A colored and bold title
• A timer (variable timeUntilVote)
• The players (variable playerCount)
• The current topic (variable selectedTheme)
• An URL (if it's possible)

I hope you can help me

PS: I don't want you to just give me the code, I would like you to explain me. And Sorry for my bad english, I'm french.
