[HELP] Spawn Protection [HELP]

Okay, so I have a Tekkit server. The amazing Factions plugin doe's not seem to work with it, no matter what version of Factions I use. I mainly like factions because of it's "SafeZone" feature. So that my spawn could be protected, and allow players to be safe from Monsters, or other players. And could not break any blocks.

Now that my server is Tekkit, and factions is not a option, I need another plugin that can work the same way, BESIDES WorldGuard. It may allow blocks to be safe, but it doe's not allow specific areas to be pvp free AND block safe.

IS there a DEDICATED "spawn protection" plugin out there? I have been searching and searching the plugins under anti grief, and spawn, and can't find any that match my needs.

yes world edit does allow it on my old server the spawn was protected from creepers and pvp and mobs.
World Guard Cheat use the flags

 

techicforums has a guide somewhere explaining how to get factions for tekkit.

 

Use WorldGuard, as it is alot better, and just simply type

/region define Spawn

then use flags to define what people can/can't do.

/region flag spawn pvp true
