Help Posting Plugin

So I tried posting my plugin, I didnt see a attach part on the page so I ignored it. Know it gave me this:

This project has an abnormal status: Changes required.

You must accompany a new project with a plugin file for your project to be approved. If a new project has no files uploaded to the project, you may find your project sent back requiring changes. Fear not! You can add your plugin file to the project and resubmit the project for approval if this occurs. You will still be able to find your project ID when you first created your project for use in an auto updater.

I just tried adding my jar file, and it said I had the same file on there, and cant post the same one again. Is that all I have to change? Im so confused.

You should contact an administrator about this, not post a thread here about it. That is not what this forum is for.
