Help me to make plugins development learning

Hello everyone, I beeng a long time using bukkit, and now i think that i'm prepared to do my own plugin, but the problem is that i have no idea how to do that, i have never programed with java and i have zero notions about that, i tried to follow some tutorials (writed and video tutorials) but i don't know many eanglish and it's dificult to me, because it uses some specific language.

Making this post i hope if anyone can lend me some tutorial in spanish, because i haven't find any.

Without English knowledge you are kinda lost. Maybe you can find tutorials on YouTube in your main language!
