Help!! iConomy give me a error!

    First, i'm spanish and my english is not very good, sorry.
    I use Windows Server 2008 standard r2, with craftbukkit-1.2.4-R0.1-20120325.235512-21 and with java 6.
    The thing is that when i start my server it's all god but later the plugin iConomy activate then say:

    [​IMG]

    Sorry for my bad english, but i need help please.

    my server does the same thing. at least i'm not the only person who has this problem.
