[HELP] I need help with the rankup plugin

I've been working on my server for well over 3 weeks now but i'm having troubles with the rankup plugin and i have no clue if i'm doing it right or wrong (mainly because i have no clue how to set up the ladders with group manager) well i hope at least one of you can help me
