Help i can´t install this program D:

I can not install this program because when I download it put it in a folder and open it with java folders are created "world, World_nether, world end ..." but does not open any program and I lag the pc

PS: I do not speak English

You need to create a script to run the server.
If you just double-click on the .jar, the server will start, but it won't create a window.

the server file, craftbukkit.jar
Make sure you are showing extensions to avoid problems.
