help how to get playerlist from bukkit server

hello i wanna get a playerlist from a bukkit server.
is there any plugin that does this
or is the enable querry from bukkit itself enough

i am working on a program that scans a server for online players and notify you when ur friend is coming online

JSONAPI can do that.

 

ok that can do that but u will need a login in order to get that info.
wich is not safe using my app wich connects to a website. then gets the player list from that site so then
the login goes though the main app onto the webpage from the webpage to the server and back,

i try to find a plugin wich do not need a login or a key from the server owner otherwise my app is just useless
