Since Mojang have taken down most of their servers because of this, I want to ask one question: Does Bukkit run on this version of OpenSSL (if it even runs it) and will you be upgrading?
CloudFlare patched the exploit as an intermediary before it became really public knowledge. This affects services such as forums.bukkit.org and repo.bukkit.org, which make use of this functionality. The services that are not fronted by CloudFlare (dl.bukkit.org, plugins.bukkit.org, and tools.bukkit.org) have all now been patched as of a few hours ago - this took longer than expected owing to some complications in the underlying system involved, which has now been resolved.
