Healthupdate Skript Help?

    So im not the best with skript and have only just recently got it. But ive seen on some servers where it says when you hit a player with a projectile '(THERENAME) is now at 40%!' Etc... If someone could li k me to a skript or make me one/guide me in how to make it it would be appreciated
