Heal the player regularly and ignoring food bar?

  1. Hey, is there anyway to keep the regular health regeneration, but at the same time if a player has an upgrade, it ignores the food bar?

    E.G. Player A is wearing a diamond helmet. When the health regen ticks over, he will heal normally regardless of food level
    Player B is wearing no helmet, so when the health regen ticks over, the food bar is used.

    At the moment, I'm using EntityRegainHealthEvent, but I'm sure this checks food first.
