I am going to make a video and i need a custom plugin for it. I need to be able to generate npcs like the citizens plugin but no fancy features. I need to have them jump and move their head like head banging

I think that you're going to need to learn Java and make this yourself. It's true, I doubt anyone will make this.
why WOULDNT anyone make this? just because its ridiculous? on modding and bukkit irc channels people are saying they can make it in less than an hour and that its "so simple" :/

what the fuck?! nobody will make this just because it sounds stupid. thats almost like being racist :/ who would spend months learning java just to make one plugin that will only be used for an hour and then most likely deleted. :/
dude we cant just say "Yes". This Plugin Would Take a Considerable Ammount of Time. NPC's are a hassle to code. All were saying is if you want this plugin. DEVOTE YOUR OWN TIME!
This is a request, not a requirement. Plugin makers have a right to say no for whatever reason. If noone will make it, devote some time to learn Java and make it yourself.
If you are saying that you are only gonna use it for an hour and then delete it, then whats the point of a dev spending a week or two working in their spare time, unpaid, to make this...
