Hats

Hello,
I am currently looking for a hat plugin!

Plugin Name:
QuickHats

What does it do?
Well you simply put on a hat, with a simple command! Once you put on a hat you can't take it off, only if you use another command.

Commands:
/hat <id>[data] - Puts on the desired item/block!
/hat remove - Removes your hat!

Permissions:
quickhats.<id>[data]
quickhats.remove

Configuration Example:
select-hat-message: '&7Enjoy your hat!'
remove-hat-message: '&cYou removed your hat!'
no-perm-message: '&cYou don''t have permission for this hat!'
move-hat: false
