Halloween Plugin

Hello , I am looking for a designer plugin that could make me like this plugin: -A Plugin Halloween, when making an order , lightning appear , an effect of blindness (5 seconds ), a message saying: " The invasion begins Halloween " and full of mobs that spawn in the defined area. Decorated with a pumpkin head , a special name and I want there to be a boss too. Once all the mobs killed by players, lightning, a small effect and return to the normal life of the server. Commands : - / starthalloweenevent (to start the event) - / halloweenevent define ( defined area or event occurs. Thank you very much for waiting for a response .
