Halloween head

I am wondering if there is a plugin that when a player joins and has nothing on there head it will add a pumpkin on there head.

Would be better to use some packet manipulation to give every player a pumpkin for everybody else.

I'm making a plugin right now kinda like this idea (wanted it when I ran my own server)

Should be done soon - just a silly idea.

TBH, I hate Halloween, the reason I am making this is so I can make everyone wear fezzes.... Mwahahahaha!
