hacker's a hacker was able to rejoin even when banned? /ban not working.

    Today i experienced a new hack,
    im running mcbans aswell as normal plugs..
    this guy came online spammed N words etc..
    i banned him, but he just logged back in, over and over and over..
    nothing works..
    im running a legit legal online server,
    how to i prevent people like that when BAN command dosent work?

    Are you making sure the name is case sensitive and use underscores or such? "MiKEEa"

    i must admit, no.
    because it worked when i type it in the first time,
    i typed /ban <nickname>
    then i got the message you kicked from server etc.....
    so i thought it would be fine.. i gues i will try to unban him and then ban him casesensitive..
