Problem/Bug GroupManager Error

I added 4 new ranks to my groups.yml file for my server, and it caused a severe error, not sure how to fix it.. Any help?

Did you mirror you permissions?

How did you add groups?
Did you edit the groups.yml or you just add group by commands?

I recommend you when adding groups, permissions and prefix/suffix just command it.

I copied and pasted the Donor group that I made in my groups.yml folder, and edited the perms, name, and prefix to make a Guard rank, then copied the guard rank 4 more times, edited them to make Trainee, Guard, Head Guard, Warden, and Head Warden. Then the error occured. When I removed those ranks, the error still occurs.
How could I fix this? and what do you mean by "mirror"?

 

@Bulletsoldier7 Mirror, do you make your permissions / groups per world?

Just copy the Permissions of default group, delete your groups.yml edit the default group and paste the permissions.

And create group via command. That should work. "I think".
