Group of plugins not working, possibly time related. - Fixed -

Edit: Deleted some plugins and upgraded to iConomy5, got Lottery and uQuest working.

A few days ago, a group of plugins stopped working, including world-time and weather plugins; i've tried a few but none seem to work. I'm not sure whats up.
Probably havent explained this too well, but Bigbrother / 15 minute backups also stopped working, which led me to think the problem was time-related. CB798, although the problem started on CB766

Doesn't matter, updated Craftbukkit and it seemed to sort it.
