Group Manger Help

Ok well I am running GM with my server, along with EssentialsGroupBridge, nChat, MineBackup, mcbans, ServerMessenger, WorldGuard, EssentialsSpawn, Essentials, WorldEdit, and Lockette. And I have all the permissions set; commands, ranks, rank colors, etc. But the problem that I am having is that when I change someones group from the "Member" group (which is the group you start in) To lets say moderator, the commands do not work... like /jail /mute /kick and all the other ones! I dont know why this is happening? But I am going to post my whole server in a zip (not very big) and if someone can look at it and tell me why isnt it working. That would be great!!!!

PS - I am not getting any errors when I start the bukkit server.

does your mod group inherits the member group? because that's important, if you cannot find it, paste your permission file in here. Maybe you could also check out the guide I wrote about permissions, you can find a link below in my sig =)
