However, that is a chat-formatting issue, look into your chat formatting strings in whatever chat-formatting plugins you have to adjust it to whatever you want.

 

If you're using Essentials then make sure to get EssentialsChat. After that, go in to Essentials config.yml and scroll down to the section with the title Essentials Chat. Look for a field called format: and you'll see the current format of text, you can modify that to what you want.
