GRASS not grow, plants do not fall

my server have TWO poblems.

green grass does not spread to land

Tree leaves do not fall

how to fix?

 

Do you have world guard on?

 

yes, worldguard AND worldedit.

 

Set these two options

Check over all block protection plugins configs, its bound to be one of them.
make sure they don't interfere with that aspect...
