Good Chat plugin with channels that separates the users when 50+ online?

    I am looking for a plugin that can separates the chats of the users.

    Let's say people can see by default the "channel world" (#world)- where everyone writes.
    But if 3 friends want to build and play alone the all type /chat join 3-friends, and type /chat leave world and then they can see only what they 3 write, not spamed by everyone else.

    Is there a plugin like this one? i couldn't find one on plugins.bukkit.org ...
