Going more advanced by the time...

My previous two plugins were easy to code and simple, and I wanted to challenge something more harder than the "extremely easy to code" level.

What do I have planned? I've planned using HashMaps and Block Manipulation with toggleVision(); so I can make it a bit more challenging. I won't say what's it about, but I can give you a hint:
