Glitchy Server on MC 1.4

Ok so I have been running my minecraft server for the past month. Pretty much since 1.3 launched and switched to bukkit and it has been awesome. I have multiple plugins working and everything going great. However with 1.4 coming out, my server is lagging sometimes up to 3 minutes for some people (we timed it). Removing all plugins doesnt seem to help either. My question is as follows: Is anyone else having these issues and are they due to 1.4? If anyone has resolved these issues or has any ideas can you please post? All my relative information for the server is listed below. Thanks!

Windows 7 64 bit
Java 64 bit
MC 1.4
Bukkit build 617 (latest reccomended)

Please run a test here http://speedtest.net/ and post your results.

 

Are you using a separate computer? I had this problem as well it may be because some of the plugins that you have aren't updated you (might) need to re download all the plugins you had that have the new recommended build 617.

 

Please list all the plugins you are using.

 

Define glitchy. The only thing I've seen that changed is that I can't edit signs as soon as the dialog opens. I have to wait a few seconds or it clears my text.

 

First off internet is not my problem. As i said it works fine on 1.3, just not on 1.4. My down is 20 and up is 3. 2nd. I have tried with 0 plugins, so this is also not a problem. It is not on a separate computer but the computer itself is quite beefy and quite capable, and again, ran fine on 1.3.

Glitchy would be the 3 minutes of lag to the server. If you are going to post please read my original post. So far this is a waste of time. I don't mean to be rude, but seriously, read before you post. All of this was answered in my starting post.

 

I get the same thing on my server with a 100MBs connection.

 

Ok cool. I finally found someone else with this problem. That at least makes me feel better. I just tried the new recommended build and that did not fix anything either. If you find anything out or a fix please post here. Thanks for posting.

As you can see, multiple people have this, and yet there is no fix for it.
If any programmer knows the issue, can you PLEASE make a plugin for it, or post the issue here in this thread or the thread on Minecraft? I guess about 2% have this issue, and we really want a fix.

 

My server is now working on 1.4_01 with the newest bukkit. Give it a shot and see if it works.
