Hello there. I'va got a problem as a player, not a server owner. I tried to register on a server with Bukkit plugin, and after many, many tries, I hit a password that wasn't used yet. But. I didn't noticed when that happened and what pswd worked. Now I cannot log in, change password or even register a new one. My question: is this bloody paasword stored in any file on my computer or is it only on the server? Anybody knows solution? Thanks in advance.
I suggest talking to an administrator on the server. They are probably using a plugin like xAuth and if so it probably has some kind of storage center for passwords.
They are probably using an Auth plugin. Yes the password is stored in the server's plugin config using MD5 encryption code so they can't recover it. You would have to ask the Administrator somehow to delete you from the server. To do so >Bukkit Server Folder> world> Players> Your name. It's how it is.
