Getting player`s skin from server cache

    Hello there. I want to get player`s skin from server cache or something like that, because the server I am developing plugin for is for unlicensed accounts, so there is no way to use the mojang api to get the skin.

    Does anyone know how to do this? I searched all the Internet and haven`t found a solution yet.

    Would be grateful for any help.

    Minecraft version: 1.15.2
