   I was wondering if there's a way to get a dropped block. Like when a cobble block is dropped from stone. Is there any way to see this block from a plug-in?

   If you (i.e.) hook to onBlockDamage and wait for BlockDamageLevel.BROKEN then you could get event.getPlayer().getWorld().getChunkAt(event.getBlock()).
   Did not try it. Just an idea
